Bret William Harr, age 66 of Mt. Vernon, passed away on Saturday January 11, 2025. There will be no services.

Bret was born on August 13, 1958 to Larry and Kay (Winslow) Harr in Cedar Rapids.

He is survived by his mother Kay of Clarence; sister Deb Harr of Mechanicsville; brother Jim Harr of Cedar Rapids; and aunts & uncles.

Bret was preceded in death by his father.

Bret attended the University of Northern Iowa and had various jobs in his life. He enjoyed sports, especially the Hawkeyes and Bears, and also music and attending family gatherings.
