Carol J. Bryan, age 76 of Bennett, passed away on Wednesday February 19, 2014 at Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 11:00 A.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence with Pastor Lynn Butterbrodt officiating. Burial will be in the Inland Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Carol was born on November 10, 1937 to Oscar and Frances (Longbothem) Dahl in Wilton, Iowa. She married Herb Bryan, Jr. on March 5, 1960 in Blue Grass. He died on September 22, 2010. Carol enjoyed going to the Lake of the Ozarks & Canada to fish, and enjoyed camping in her younger years. She was also a member of the 3/30 Club in Lowden. She is survived by her son, Dan of Tipton; three grandchildren, Hannah, Christopher & Connor; and brother, Dave (Bev) Dahl of Bennett. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Tim.
