IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Carson L.
Willey
January 10, 2013 – February 27, 2024
Carson L. Willey, age 11 of Wheatland, passed away too soon on Tuesday February 27, 2024. There will be a visitation at the Calamus-Wheatland Activity Center in Wheatland on Monday March 4, 2024 from 4-7 PM. The family requests casual attire, including Cal-Wheat or KC Chiefs. There will be a private family burial at a later date.
Carson was born January 10, 2013 at Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Dustin and Amy (Pasker) Willey.
Those left to cherish his memories include his mother and brother Bryce of Wheatland; aunts Stacy Pasker of Walford, Hollie (T.J.) Appleby of DeWitt, and Brittini (Levi) Larky of Onslow; maternal grandparents Mike and Sue Pasker of Manchester; paternal grandparents Terry and Patrice Willey of Lost Nation; and cousins Adeline, Ashlynn, and Abreana Appleby and Ruger and Renley Larky.
He was preceded in death by his father and uncle Tim "Timmy" Hoskins.
Carson was the most loving child you would ever meet. He never met a stranger and welcomed new students with open arms. Football was Carson's passion, but he also enjoyed basketball, farming, showing cattle for Scott County 4-H this year, the Kansas City Chiefs, go-carts, fishing, hunting, riding his dirt bike, sledding, snowmobiling, and playing Fortnite or UNO with his buddies. He was a smiling one in a million kid that was routine oriented, sarcastic, and ticklish. Carson was a mama's boy and enjoyed making and decorating cookies with her.
Carson gave the gift of life to others through the Iowa Donor Network.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
The family would like to thank the Bennett Ambulance, Bennett Fire Department, and the Genesis East ER staff for their dedication and compassion.
