Daniel Marvin Lange, age 55 of Clarence, passed away on Monday May 2, 2016 at his home. Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday May 5, 2016 at 10:00 A.M at St. James Catholic Church in Toronto with Father Francis Odoom officiating. Burial will follow at the Lowden Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 P.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence on Wednesday May 4, 2016.
Dan was born on June 11, 1960 to Donald and Lottie (Prince) Lange in Berwyn, Illinois. He married Jennifer Sander at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tipton in 1980.
Dan graduated from Clarence-Lowden High School. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at the pond and computers. His favorite hobby was spending time with his grandson. Dan learned his meat cutting trade by helping his parents at the Lowden Meat Market, and later owned Lange's Grocery and Meats in Clarence.
He is survived by his his wife, Jen; son, Matthew; daughter, Patricia (Gary) Hadden; grandson, Henry; and his parents.
