Dustin Willey, age 41 of Wheatland, passed away peacefully on May 16th 2023, at home with his wife after a courageous battle with bladder cancer. Visitation will be held at Chapman Funeral home in Clarence on Saturday May 20 from 9-11 A.M. The family requests casual attire be worn. A private family burial will be held at the Massillon Cemetery. Dustin was the kindest, loving and hardest working man there was.

Dustin was born on Oct. 7, 1981 in Maquoketa to Terry and Patrice (Bartels) Willey. He was a 2000 graduate of Midland High School. On April 26th, 2008 he was united in marriage to Amy Pasker in Manchester. To this union two boys were born Bryce and Carson. He was a Chrysler automotive service technician at McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Cedar Rapids and was very skilled in his trade.

Dustin enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that was in need. You could always count on him to give advice on anything that needed repaired. He was a mentor to all young mechanics and would teach them the right way to get it repaired. Dustin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife Amy of Wheatland, their children Bryce and Carson of Wheatland, his parents Terry and Patrice Willey of Lost Nation; sisters Hollie (TJ) Appleby of DeWitt and Brittni (Levi) Larkey of Onslow; nieces Adalynn, Ashlynn, Abrianna Appleby and Renly Larkey; nephew Ruger Larkey; and mother & father in-law Mike and Sue Pasker of Manchester.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Dustin's family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff of PCI Oncology, Mayo Clinic and Gentiva Hospice for their wonderful care to Dustin.
