Earleen Muhl, age 86, of Wheatland, Iowa, died Sunday, September 13, 2009 in the Clover Ridge Assisted Living in Maquoketa. Earleen was born October 12, 1922, in LowMoor, Iowa to Earl and Emma (Schnede) Dann. Earleen married Howard Muhl May 24, 1941 in Davenport, he died in 1997. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2009, at St. Paul's United Church Of Christ in Wheatland, Iowa, with Reverend Lynne Bisson officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery in Wheatland. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, September 17, at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland. Earleen is survived by her daughter Kendra Seifert of Lost Nation; sons Larry(Audrey) of Lubbock, Texas, Randy(Donna) of Dewitt, Jan(Janis) of Wheatland; sister Elaine Hack of Lost Nation; 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Earleen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Evelyn Riedesel.
