Edna Klinkkammer, 93, of Stanwood, Iowa, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at Mechanicsville Nursing & Rehab Center from complications of age. Edna was born on May 23, 1915, in Lisbon, Iowa, to Oscar and Martha (Drach) Stabenow. Edna and Frank Klinkkammer were married in Stanwood on February 10, 1937. Frank and Edna farmed for 35 years Northeast of Stanwood before retiring and moving to Stanwood in 1973. Frank died on June 26, 1997. Graveside services for Edna Klinkkammer will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, December 1, 2008, at Stanwood Cemetery with Reverend Martin Marquardt officiating. There will be no visitation. Edna Klinkkammer is survived by niece and nephews. She was proceeded in her parents, husband and a brother Laurence Stabenow.
