Edward Kramer, 73, of Lowden, Iowa died Monday, February 20th, 2006 in his home after a couragous battle with cancer.
Edward Kramer was born on December 23, 1932 in Barrington, Illinois to Edward Kramer and Francis Kudrna. Edward Kramer married Barbara Schroeder January 23, 1960 in Carry, Illinois. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Ed did a lot for his granchildren and dearly loved them. He also loved accordian music.
Visitation is Wednesday February 22nd from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland Iowa with a scripture service at 7:00. The funeral service will be held at St. James Catholic Church in Toronto, Iowa on Thursday, February 23rd at 10:30 A.M. Reverend Bill Kneemiller will be officiating. Burial will be at Lost Nation Cemetery in Lost Nation, Iowa.
Ed is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters Melanie (Tom) Hoffner of Central City, Dawn (Allen) Cassity of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Wendy (Ron) Rowley of West Des Moines, Candace (Brian) Kiekhaefer of Shueyville, Theresa Malone of Sikeston, Missouri, Lana (Dale) Axline of Lowden and Bobbi (Bret) Cottrell of Lowden; a sister Shirley Tompkins of St. Petersburg, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his Parents.
