Glen R. Cohenour, 68, of Lowden, Iowa died Saturday, January 14, 2006 at the Veterans home in Marshalltown Iowa of a sudden illness. Glen R. Cohenour was born on October 11,1937 in orrilla, Iowa to Lawrence Cohenour and Lottie Lee. Glen R. Cohenour married Mona Smiley August 25, 1956, she died February 3, 1999. Glen served in the Navy from 1955-1959 and had worked as plant manager at Hydraxtor Company in Moline. Visitation will be from 9:00 till service time at the Trinity Lutheral Church in Lowden Iowa. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lowden on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Reverend Victor Young will be officiating. Glen Cohenour is survived by a daughter Lynn (Alan) Grimm of Cedar Rapids; sons Stephen(Ellen) of Fayette, Douglas(Judy) of Cedar Grove Wisconsin, Todd of Cedar Rapids; sisters Arlene Lawson of Chicago and Jere Hensley of Dallas Texas; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and good friends Joyce Dunahugh and Florence Lukes\n \nHe was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and one sister.
