Heather Nelleen Medinger, age 37 of Fulton, IL, died December 1, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics from complications from an accident she was involved in on October 27. A celebration of life will be held at the Church of Visitation in Camanche, Iowa on Sunday December 13, 2015 from 1-4 P.M. All are welcome. A private family burial will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery in Wheatland at a later date. Heather was born on June 25, 1978 to Douglas A. and Nellie (Rich) Medinger in Centralia, IL. She loved to work and most times held down two jobs at once. She worked at Ralston Purina, gas stations, Burger King, and many more but her favorite job was delivering newspapers for the Quad City Times and the Clinton Herald. Heather loved to cook, watch DVD's, and loved her cats. She is survived by her daughter, Chealsa Anne Marie Anderson; her parents, Doug and Nellie; three sisters, Megan, Rachael and Shawna; maternal grandfather, Everett Rich; and lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Heather was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin and Evelyn Medinger; grandma Greata Rich; and uncle, Mickey Rich. Heather will be missed by her many friends, extended family and her own family.
