Janice Arlene Meyers, age 83 of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Sunday July 27, 2025 at Prairie Hills Assisted Living in Cedar Rapids. There will be a visitation at Chapman's in Clarence on Sunday, August 3 from 2-4 PM. Janice will be laid to rest in Meyers Cemetery in Welsh Run, Pennsylvania.

Janice was born March 4, 1942 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Nora (Knepper) Meyers.

Survivors include her sister Linda Tebussek of Cedar Rapids; sisters-in-law Penny Meyers and Marcia Meyers; nieces and nephews Hillary and Stephen Tebussek and Mark, Matthew, and Megan Meyers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Lee and Nelson; and brother-in-law Mike Tebussek.

Janice graduated from James Buchanan High School in Mercersburg, PA in 1961. She resided most of her life with her parents, only later in life moving to Cedar Rapids in assisted living. Janice loved her family, music, traveling, bingo, shopping, puzzles, and sending greeting cards just because. She could start a conversation no matter where she was at or who she was with.
