Justin D. Forde, age 29, of Oxford Junction, Iowa, died at St. Lukes Hospital in Cedar Rapids on June 21, 2011. Justin was born July 14, 1981, in Cedar Rapids to David Harris Forde and Sheryl (Hoist) Forde. Justin married Amber Walczak on August 2, 2008 in Olin. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, June 24, 2011, at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, Iowa. An inurnment will be held at a later date in the Lowden Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am until service time on Friday, June 24. He is survived by his wife Amber of Hiawatha; daughter Audrey at home; mother Sheryl Hartwig of Mechanicsville; stepmother Bridgette Anderson of Mechanicsville; brother Jason Houston of Hiawatha; sister Cassie Forde of Mechanicsville; grandmother Darlene Yarrington of Oxford Junction; grandparents-in-law Roger (LouAnne) Reyhons of Mount Vernon; father-in-law Steven (Debra) Reyhons of Anamosa; sisters-in-law Shelbie and Savannah Reyhons of Anamosa; brothers-in-law Brandon (Jaclynn) Maynes of Anamosa, Matt Reyhons of Anamosa; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; and several aunts and uncles. Justin was preceded in death by his father and grandmother.
