Kathy Ann Truitt Hahn Blakley, age 69, passed away suddenly on Tuesday February 12, 2019. There will be a celebration of life held at a later date. Kathy was born on July 27, 1949 in Muscatine to Joseph and Evelyn Shoemaker Truitt. She married Buford Blakley at Williamsburg, Kentucky in 2001. Surviving Kathy are her husband Buford; children Robert Hahn Jr. of Clarence, Donald (Jeanne) Hahn of Clarence, Joel (Carrie) Hahn of Stanwood, Liesa Welch of Bennett, and Stacey (Blake) Clay of Fischer, TX; grandchildren Terence Hahn, Robert Hahn III, Andy Welch, Justin Clay, Joshua Welch, Jacob Welch, Courtney Clay, Zachary Hahn, and Elizabeth Hahn; step grandson Ryan Frahm; 7 great grandchildren and many brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents. Kathy enjoyed fishing, loved her animals, and was active in her grandchildren's lives. She was one that did the best she could with what she had.
