Larry W. Harr, age 85 of Clarence, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at the Clarence Nursing Home. There will be no services. Burial will be at a later date in the Stanwood Cemetery.

Larry was born to Bill and Lucille (Maurer) Harr on January 4, 1938 and was married to Kay Winslow in 1958 at the Tipton Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife Kay; children Bret of Mount Vernon, Deb Harr of Clarence, and Jim of Cedar Rapids; and sisters Donna Young of Tipton and Vicki (Rich) Behrens of Dysart.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Larry graduated from Stanwood High School then attended Iowa State University for 1 year. He was a lifelong farmer, raising cattle and hogs, and drove school bus for Lincoln and North Cedar Schools for many years. He also was an avid supporter of North Cedar Athletics, along with being an Iowa Hawkeye fan and a member of the Stanwood Masonic Lodge.
