Leora A. Conrad, age 92, of Tipton, Iowa, died on September 9, 2011 at St. Lukes Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Leora was born April 24, 1919, in Clarence, Iowa to Albert Conrad and Emma (Goedelmann) Conrad. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, September 12, 2011, at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, Iowa, with Reverend David Lorenzen officiating. Burial will follow at Lowden Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am on Monday, September 12, until service time at the Funeral Home. Leora was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Tipton. She is survived by 4 nephews: Mike (Candy )Stolte of Stanwood, Don Stolte of Clarence, Jim (Tammy) Stolte of Lost Nation, Kevin (Michelle) Stolte of Lowden. Leora was preceded in death by parents and her sister Bernice Stolte.
