Lester "Buzz" Woolison, age 86, of Stanwood, Iowa, died at Mechanicsville Nursing & Rehab on April 8, 2010. Lester was born August 26, 1923, in Stanwood to George and Amelia (Klinkkammer) Woolison. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 12, 2010, at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, Iowa, with Pastor Phil Leipold officiating. Burial will follow at Stanwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. Please make memorials to Hospice of Iowa. Lester had farmed his entire life. He is survived by niece Jenny Miller of Lost Nation and close friend John Koberle of Stanwood. Lester was preceded in death by parents and brother George.
