Lois Clark, 70, of Austin, TX and Walker, MN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 10th, after a long and hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 27 at 11:00 am at St. John's United Church of Christ in Clarence, IA with burial to follow in Rogers' Grove Cemetery, Ely. There will be a reception following the burial at the Moose Lodge in Cedar Rapids. She is survived by her loving husband Will Clark, brothers Ron (Bernie) Kleppe of Cedar Rapids and Rich Kleppe of Clarence; daughters, Diahann (Chris) Potter of Wayzata, MN and Tara (Craig) McGuire of Austin, TX and beloved grandmother to Makenna, Cole, Mason, Aden and Samantha. She was preceded in death by her parents Lawerence and Lavera Kleppe and sister-in-law Marcia Kleppe. Her bright charismatic smile lit up every room. Her loving spirit will be missed every day and was a treasure to all who knew her. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
