Margaret E. �Midge� Pruess, 90, of Clarence, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, in the Clarence Nursing Home. Funeral Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, at St. John�s United Church of Christ, Clarence, with Pastor Lynn Butterbrodt officiating. Burial: St. John�s Cemetery with graveside military rites by the Clarence American Legion. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence, is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her son, Dan (Nancy) of Marshalltown; two daughters-in-law, Anita Pruess of Clarence and Judy Pruess of Bellevue; grandchildren, Ben (Jess) Pruess, Adam Pruess, John Pruess, Renae Pruess, Christopher (Katie) Pruess and Sonia (Christopher) Baker; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn in 1978; sons, David in 2004 and Dennis in 2008; and a daughter, Molly in 1983.
