Myrtle Jeppe, age 101, of Wheatland, Iowa, died in her home February 5, 2010. Myrtle was born June 15, 1908, in Massillon, Iowa, to Robert Krenz and Josephine (Mowry) Krenz. She married Max Jeppe, and he died in 1966. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland, Iowa, with Reverend John Cofield officiating. Burial will follow at Massillon Cemetery, Massillon, Iowa. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the service. Myrtle is survived by two nieces Jackie Wulf of Gladstone, Michigan, and Dixie Lindstedt of Escanaba, Michigan. Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, and three sisters.
