Neil F. Frahm, age 89 of Clarence, passed away on Wednesday January 18, 2017 at Mechanicsville Specialty Care. Funeral services will be held on Monday January 23, 2017 at 10:30 A.M at St. John's United Church of Christ in Clarence with Pastor Tommi Boeder officiating. Burial will follow at the St. John's Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be held on Sunday January 22 from 4-6 P.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence. Neil was born on September 28, 1927 to Fred H. Frahm and Emma Boettcher in Clarence. Neil was a member of Clarence American Legion Post 286 for over 60 years and served his country in the Korean War. He loved nature and all animals. Neil also worked for Younglove Construction for many years. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Neil was preceded by his parents; sister, Leona; and three brothers, Freeman, Norman, and Erwin.
