Randy D. Holtmyer, age 55 of Wheatland, passed away on Friday October 16, 2015 at his home. Visitation will be held on Monday October 19, 2015 from 5-8 P.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland. Randy was born on March 9, 1960 to Harvey Bails and Beverley Nirk in Des Moines, Iowa. He married JoAnn Cray on September 12, 2015 in Wheatland. Randy was a Veteran and a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn of Wheatland; sons, Zachary of Wheatland and Randy Lee of Kansas City; stepson, Larry Lane of Michigan; daughter, Kassi Holtmyer of Kansas City; brothers, Jim Holtmyer of Cedar Rapids and Troy Holtmyer of Boone; sister, Marsha Hellmers of Florida; mother, Beverly Benyo of Florida; and 6 grandchildren. Randy was preceded in death by his father and brother, Kevin Holtmyer.
