Robert K. Schneider, age 81 of Wheatland, passed away in his home on Tuesday evening March 9, 2021. Funeral services will be at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence on Saturday March 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:30 until service time. Burial will follow in the Massillon Cemetery. Robert was born on August 2, 1939 in Wheatland, Iowa to Frederick and Wilma (Kreinbring) Schneider. He married Karen Ericksen on August 6, 1961. Robert was a lifetime farmer. He enjoyed trips out west, fishing, bird watching, coffee hour in the mornings, and his dogs. Robert truly loved his two kids and spending time with his friends. He is survived by his wife Karen; son David of Wheatland; daughter Theresa (T.J.) Gulbrandson of Pinedale, Wyoming; and grandson Nick Houzenga.
