Rosella M. Goodwin, age 90 of Cedar Rapids, passed away in her home in the early morning hours of Tuesday May 24, 2022. There will be a private burial at the Clarence Cemetery. Rosella was born January 19, 1932 in Washington County to Cecil and Luretta Cordel Williams. She married George Elmer Goodwin in 1954. He passed away in 2010. Her most favorite thing was to be with her children and grandchildren. She did not know how to say "no" to any of them. Some of her hobbies included Bingo, she was active in the Civil Air Patrol with her husband George, and loved to collect Avon bottles and go to antique stores. Survivors include her daughters Virginia (Gary) Wiltsey of Clarence, Cindy Ringold of Cedar Rapids, Jody (Ronald) Kositzky of Cedar Rapids, Peggy Harrell of Lost Nation; sons George (Lori), Leo (Karen), and Herbert all of Cedar Rapids; step - daughter Sybil Merfeld of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren Bonnie (Amber) Xanadu, Melaine (Chris) Finefield, Joey (Emily) Wiltsey, Michael (Angela) Wiltsey, Kenneth (Jenna) Kositzky, Scott (Jennifer) Kositzky, Melissa (Steve) Blair, David Goodwin, Joshua (Tia) Goodwin, Tiffaney Goodwin, Jesse Goodwin, Nikki (Kevin) Huggins, Christina (Stephen) Robidoux, Eric Goodwin, Jenny Abbe, Josie Meineke, Jessica (Matt) McIntosh, Jamaica Abben, Jordan Abben, George Goodwin, Jason Goodwin, Justin Goodwin, Joey Goodwin, Julie (Corey) Paullins, Amy Tow, and Marcus (Jeri) Muntz; 54 great grandchildren; and 23 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son David; 2 brothers; and 4 sisters.
