Ruth E. Warren, age 42, of Clarence, Iowa, died on December 4, 2011 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Ruth was born August 1, 1969, in Davenport to LaVerne King and Dorothy McDonald. Ruth was married on November 10, 1990 at Lowden to John Warren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, December 8, 2011, at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence, Iowa, with Pastor Lynn Butterbrodt officiating. Burial will follow at Red Oak Cemetery in Tipton. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, December 8, until service time. Ruth enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and touring the country with her husband in a semi. She loved camping, fishing and a profound love for animals. She would help anyone in need and enjoyed taking walks with her dogs and her grandson. She is survived by father LaVerne King of Clarence; mother Dorothy (Jim) Faulkner of Davenport; husband John; 2 daughters: Connie Warren and special friend Travis Moffit of Stanwood, Elaine Warren and Fiancee Cory Sheber of Tipton; brother Richard (Tammy) King of Clarence; father and mother in-law Charlie (Judy) Williams of Keota, IA; grandmother Ann Kraklio of Tipton; brother in-laws: Jamie (Brenda) Warren, Tony Warren, Chas (Jamie) Williams and Everette Lambert; mother in-law Linda Lambert; sister in-law Rusty Woodson; special adopted grandson Ethan Paul Jones, and many special friends, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Ruth was preceded in death by father in-law Jim Warren, grandfather LaVerne King Sr., grandmother Ruth Miller, grandfather William McDonald, and several other special friends.
