Stanley J. Ruprecht, age 63 of Lowden, passed away on Sunday March 23, 2014 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday April 5, 2014 at 10:30 A.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence with Pastor Victor Young officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Lowden. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Stanley was born on October 5, 1951 to Henry L. and Hulda (Hein) Ruprecht in Cedar Rapids. Stanley participated in the Special Olympics. He was known for his smile and the pranks he pulled. He is survived by his brother, Henry D. (Kris) Ruprecht of Swisher; sister, Audry (Clinton) Faust of Plymouth, MN.; and nieces & nephews. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents.
