Steven W. Jackson, age 69 of Lowden, passed away on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at Cedar Manor in Tipton. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Foursquare Church in Tipton at 12:00 P.M on Saturday December 17 with Pastor Cynthia Ryssemus officiating. Burial will follow at Woodbridge Cemetery in Buchanan. Visitation will be held on Friday December 16 from 4-7 P.M at the church.

Steven was born November 24, 1953 in Davenport to J.B. and Betty Winslow Jackson. He married Jody Ludin on July 27, 1973 in Davenport. They were married for 28 years and later divorced.

He is survived by his children Jessica (Devon) Schott of Tipton, Jollene Jackson of Tipton, and Steven (Heather) of Wilton; grandchildren Jaxson Schott, Brandon Hines, Karli Hines, Kylea Jackson, Katelynn Jackson, Tyler Jackson; great grandchild Bentley Hines; sister Dian (Richard) Dooley of Beaver Dam, WI; half sister Sharron Thompson of Arkansas; foster sister Karen Allen of Davenport; and special friend Michelle Beuter of Tipton.

He was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother James Pruden.

Steven was a man with a sense of humor, a caring heart, and a born again Christian. He was a member of the Calvary Foursquare Church and had worked for Nichols Aluminum for 30 years. While there he started another electrical business called URIAH Electrical with his co-worker. After retirement his love was going to races and helping his daughter and son in-law farm, and was giving of his time to many charities. Steven also loved his kids and grandkids dearly.
