Vicki L. Crock, age 61 of Cedar Rapids and formerly of Lowden, passed away on Friday April 4, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2014 at 10:30 A.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence with Reverend Paul Fredericksen officiating. Burial will follow in the Lowden Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday April 7, 2014 from 3-7 P.M at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarence. Vicki was born on December 3, 1952 in Maquoketa to Raymond and Elaine (Boettcher) Sanger in Maquoketa, Iowa. She married Alan Crock in 1973 in Mechanicsville. He died on November 12, 2009. Vicki is survived by her sons, Joseph (Colette) of Ankeny and Matthew (Crystal) of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Nigel, Ayden, Jayce and Paige Crock; brother, Ted of Cedar Rapids; sisters, Ellen (Melvin) Krause of Cedar Rapids, Sally Meyer of Marion, Peggy (Richard III) Prochaska of Cedar Rapids; and nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Lori.
