William H. "Billy" Peters, age 74 of Clarence, died Saturday March 1, 2014 at the Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday March 5, 2014 at 10:30 A.M at the Clarence Cemetery with Reverend David Mears officiating. Billy was born on February 3, 1940 to Arthur and Velma (Steinke) Peters in Davenport, Iowa. The family would like to thank Cedar Manor for the excellent care Billy received in his 20+ years as a resident. He is survived by his cousins. Billy was preceded in death by his parents.
